Upload a clear headshot. It shows next to every message you send, so teammates spot you instantly.
Check your name and details
Make sure your display name reads the way people know you, and add a short about — your team or role — so newcomers have context.
Let people know you're around
- Status — set a note like “in a meeting” or “heads-down” so people know what to expect before they ping you.
- Presence — Buzz shows when you're active, so teammates know if a quick reply is likely.
